Orders from this website to all areas with the exception of the Scottish Higlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, ROI,
Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are dispatched by next working day or 2-3 day courier service (dependent on your selection at checkout)
if received by 15.00 Hours or on the next working day if ordered after 15.00 Hours. Next working day does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. Orders to the Scottish Highlands &
Islands Northern Ireland, ROI, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are normally received with 2 days.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND THE FREE DELIVERY OFFER
THE FREE DELIVERY OFFER APPLIES ONLY TO DELIVERIES TO THE UK MAINLAND OF OVER 60 POUNDS STERLING EXCLUSIVE OF CARRIAGE AND VAT. Unfortunately once orders have left our premises, we are not liable and will accept no responsibilty, consequential or otherwise, for late deliveries caused by our couriers or agents.
Our couriers will endevaour to deliver the next working day. If there is nobody at the delivery address, they will attempt to deliver on 2 subsequent occassions. If you are not available to take the delivery and do not call the couriers on the number that they leave you on the missed delivery card your order will be returned to us. If you then require the goods to be re-delivered by us, then this will be charged at the standard delivery rate plus the return delivery charge. If you no longer require the goods then, your payment card will be refunded minus any applicable re-stocking charges, the original delivery charge and the return delivery charge.
RETURNS
Items incorrectly ordered must be returned at the customers expense or we can alternatively arrange for collection at your expense. Alternatively items
incorrectly ordered can be returned at the customers own risk by their own choice of carrier. We will arrange and pay for the collection of items incorrectly dispatched.
ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE RETURNED IN A RE-SALEABLE CONDITION.
THIS INCLUDES THE OUTER PACKAGING.
ITEMS MUST BE WHOLLY BOXED OR WRAPPED TO PROTECT THEIR PACKAGING.
ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED IN A NON-RESALEABLE CONDITION WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE FULL COST PRICE (EXCLUDING POSTAGE & PACKING) MINUS 30% ON TOP OF ANY RESTOCKING CHARGES.

Although every care has been taken in compiling the compatibility chart, you should still check with your equipment/equipment supplier for the correct sizes needed and the suitability for use of our products. We do not accept any responsibility for incorrectly ordered goods selected from our compatibility chart or for damage caused to equipment for which the wrong or incompatible supplies were ordered.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices on this website are online ordering prices and are EXCLUSIVE of VAT at the prevailing rate. Items ordered by telephone may be more expensive.
